Sara Evatt, LPC
Co-Founder
Sara is a Licensed Professional Counselor (P2309002) who has been practicing therapy since 2019. She began her career in the school-based system, providing therapy to children navigating trauma, behavioral challenges, and ongoing life adjustments. Sara earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Missouri State University and brings a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to her practice.
While she no longer works directly with children, Sara integrates her background in parent-child psychotherapy into her work with adults, creating a thoughtful and eclectic approach tailored to each client’s needs. Her therapeutic style is structured yet adaptable, blending evidence-based practices with relational insight to support lasting change.
Outside of her professional life, Sara finds joy in rainy days with a warm cup of coffee, working on home projects, and crafting. She and her husband have been married for seven years, have two children, and are active members of the Harrison community.
